What types of courses do you offer?
We offer a curated programme designed to refine technique and elevate your craft - from our Foundations of Barbering course to advanced training in specialist areas such as shaving and beard work.
Alongside our core courses, we host sessions with industry-leading guest artists and offer Look & Learn days which provide an accessible way to observe high-level techniques and gain insight from leading professionals.
How long do the training programmes last?
Each course lasts between 1-3 days depending on the programme.
Will I get hands-on experience during the courses?
Our core courses are built around practical learning, with extensive hands-on experience working on both mannequins and live models, supported by expert guidance throughout.
Look & Learn sessions are observation-based, offering valuable insight into techniques, workflows, and creative approaches without hands-on practice.
Do you provide any certification after completing a course?
Yes, every student receives a certificate upon completion of their course.
Can I buy barbering tools and products through the academy?
Yes, acurated range of professional products and tools are available to purchase directly through the Academy, including Matakki scissors, as we are proudly sponsored by Matakki.
