Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Barbone order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging
• With all seals, or protective materials intact (if applicable)

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@barbone.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
